Cowbells can be engraved using laser etching technology.  This is done at a local trophy shop and usually takes about one week to complete.  If you would like any type of artwork engraved onto the bell, you can email us the file, but it MUST be 300 d.p.i., or greater.  If it came from a website, it's most likely not high resolution like 300 d.p.i. 

Once the engraver is done with the etching, a white acrylic paint is wiped into the etching which provides a nice contrast with the color of the bell.  This step is not necessary when a white cowbell is used because the silver looking etching is enough of a contrast.  White bells work best for artwork that requires a large amount of surface area to be etched out.
